A few years ago in the very early days of My Icon Story, I attended a panel event about how to get PR for your business. It was there that I first met Mark – Deputy Editor and Partner of seeninthecity.co.uk .
Not long after, I got in touch with Seen in the City to ask if they might like to feature My Icon Story. Luckily they did and I ran one of my first ever online competitions for readers to win a bespoke London to Brighton icon print.
I’m a big believer in fate and like to think that life puts people in front of you for a reason. Last year I put a request out on social asking for bloggers for My Icon Story and was thrilled when Natasha Colyer, Editor in Chief of Seen in the City responded saying that she’d love to blog for us! Natasha is a brilliant writer (and photographer – see below) and its been a pleasure getting to know her and watching the growth of Seen in the City.
At the start of this year, Natasha kindly reached out, inviting me to Seen in the City’s new London office and interviewed me about my journey and experience building the My Icon Story business. Thank you for your continued support and I’m so excited for future collaborations.
