As someone who has visited New York 6 times I think it’s clear to say that New York is my favourite city in the world! There is an energy and vibrancy about New York that offers a sense of escapism and optimism. So when My Icon Story was approached to collaborate with NYC – The official marketing and tourism agency of New York City, I was beyond excited. This would mark My Icon Story’s first international licensing partner and collaboration with a brand outside of the UK.
New York City is the most famous city in the world: a place that inspires and influences people to think bigger, do better and be more! Icons include the infamous public services NYPD, FDNY, Parks & Recreation and NYC Taxi, complimented by a vibrant collection of iconic food and beverage icons that each of the New York boroughs are famous for. My Icon Story customers can exclusively create their own NYC icon story featuring any of these official NYC icons.
In addition to the icon collection we have had heaps of fun designing an epic collection of contemporary poster prints that represent the City of New York and the NYC brand in a iconic and attention grabbing style.
We’ve even created a special children’s poster range themed around NYC’s most famous vehicles: Fire Engine, Police Car and Yellow Taxi.
